We have 5 different crews of carpenters with decades of experience in Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin. Not only do our carpenters know how to replace rotted wood, but the crews also have painters who can caulk and paint after the carpentry is complete if needed. We are a one-stop solution.
Our minimum job size is $199. This includes the cost of materials.

Yes. If you send in your quote request and the job looks too large or complicated to do remotely we will call and ask to set up an in-person estimate. Also, if we are in the area, we may ask if we can just do a quick look at the job without you being there. We cover a lot of ground in SE Wisconsin, so we are never too far away.
Yes. However, we only do interior carpentry during the months of November-March. We are too busy with exterior carpentry during the Spring and Summer months in Wisconsin.
Yes, the quote we send you will be a firm price. The only time it will change is if we find more rotted wood/carpentry than what you requested for. For example, if you say there were 3 rotted boards to replace, but we arrive to the work and there are 5 rotted boards we will adjust the price accordingly with your approval of course.
Yes! Our quotes are all-inclusive and include the cost of labor, lumber, materials, caulk, paint, etc
We service all of Southeast Wisconsin. This includes Milwaukee County, Ozaukee County, Waukesha County and parts of Racine County & Washington County
Once we receive your request we will email over a detailed quote. You can then choose to accept the quote and pay the required 10% deposit online. After accepting the quote we will be in touch regarding time of the carpentry/repair and other details about the job start.
If you have leftover paint that is still good, we can usually use that to paint. If not, we can do a manual match of the color and buy the paint ourselves to use (we would leave the leftover paint for you to use in the future).
We prefer you fill out the online form, because we need pictures of the areas. If you absolutely can't fill out the online form you can call 414-617-1331 and will try to obtain enough info to get a quote through the phone call.
After the job is completed, we will send you invoice via email to make the final payment via credit card.
